Private pottery lesson

A private lesson is the fastest way to get focused help. It is just you at the wheel, so we can spend the time on exactly what you need.

$100 first hour, then $79 per extra hour

Best for: People who want privacy, focused teaching, a gift session, or help with one specific wheel problem.

  • Beginner friendly
  • Good for focused practice
  • Exact time arranged by Instagram DM
How it works
01

We set a goal

At the start, we work out what you want from the lesson. That could be your first time on the wheel or fixing a technique that keeps tripping you up.

02

You get direct feedback

Because it is one-on-one, I can watch what your hands are doing and correct things in the moment.

03

We use the time properly

Short lessons are good for a focused intro. Longer lessons give us time to repeat, trim, and slow down.

What you might make
  • Beginner pieces
  • Practice forms
  • Bowls or cups
  • Technique drills
  • Whatever your hands are ready for
Good to know
  • Private lessons are arranged around studio availability.
  • Bring a goal if you have one, but it is fine if you do not.
  • Clay and firing depend on what you make.
  • Best for people who want more attention than a group class can give.

One hour is good for a focused taste. Two hours is better for learning. Three hours is best if you want time to repeat and settle in.

Can two people come?+
